We have to be honest: Stella its going to have problems to find a job here-in Chile-, because she is in the perfect age to have babies, so, that means she is going to ask for licence a lot of times,because she will need to stay in her house taking care of her baby. The employeer can imagine that situation, so, he is going to preffer a men for a job.
Nowadays, everybody says that woman have more oportunities in laborals and rights aspects, and that is true. We can go to college and we can work as an engineer or a doctor if we want to.
Also, women who work all day and have a family, they have to keep clean the house,take care the kids and cook dinner. They asume this work because men are lazy, and also because society say it. We think that this behavior its natural and appropiate.
In our country, law are equals for everybody, but in other countrys like Afganistan or Iran women can´t show her faces, they can´t speak with other man or work.
I think that quality between men and women is possible, everyone should work for this, we have to educate our children teaching that women an men are aquals, that women can work and man can clean the house. If we start from the begging we can change ideas like men are more capable or intelligent than women.
